Manager sets up the team
Transport managers create driver accounts and configure inspection templates directly within the Tachomagic management platform.
Driver completes the check
The driver opens Asenea, selects their vehicle, and works through the guided checklist — answering questions, photographing defects, and confirming each step.
Manager reviews the results
Completed inspection data syncs instantly to Tachomagic. Managers can review records, download reports, and track defects — all in one place.
Built for compliance
Asenea is built to support operators in meeting their legal obligations under UK road transport legislation and DVSA guidance.
Inspection records are retained for a minimum of 15 months as required by DVSA guidance.
